Morgan FusselFounder and CEO Morgan Fussell, Jr., has over 25 years of experience in business and residential sales and sales management (video, data and voice).  As a multi-unit property owner and active participant with noted associations, Morgan understands the management, economic and legal challenges faced by today’s multi-unit property owner, homeowner associations and mobile home parks.

Previously, Morgan was the Regional Director of business sales and services for Comcast and was responsible for managing all aspects of the multiple dwelling unit (MDU)/hospitality and governmental/commercial businesses.  He and his team supported many areas and he managed 25+ employees.  During this time, Morgan honed his understanding of the competitive nature of this industry and developed a deep interest in working with communities.

 

As a former senior account executive for Comcast, AT&T Broadband and Scripps Howard in Sacramento, California, Morgan developed a major video distribution network named Capitol Channels.  A key aspect of this project included revision of existing state law (AB2028).  Morgan led all lobbying efforts, created construction budgets, secured right-of-entry agreements and completed payback analysis for the entire Capitol Channels project.  Additionally, a new franchise area was created and Morgan successfully negotiated agreements with the California State Assembly, the California State Senate and the State of California.

Throughout his career, Morgan has negotiated and managed thousands of right-of-entry agreements, marketing agreements, easements, and other applicable addendums on behalf of cable television providers.

Morgan has a BA from Michigan State University in telecommunications. He is also a proud member of the:

  • Community Association Institute (CAI) (i.e. Home Owners Associations)
  • California Association of Community Managers (CACM)
